The official sites are always riddled with issues and mistakes, I would assume that everything is still as was announced.

Just wondering do people think Joy Formidable could still play? Really think songs like This Ladder is Ours, Wolf's Law and Maw Maw Song, alongisde some of the old classics like Whrring, Cradle and Everchanging Spectrum of a Lie would be epic on main. Them above Hadouken! or below Twin Atlantic would be incredible.

This was after that quote, after their London gig on Friday. Apparently they said at the same time that they won't be doing Glasto either but would be getting announced for some smaller festivals soon. Find the no-Glasto thing hard to believe but then they did just get announced for Standon Calling and and Boardmasters so maybe there is some truth in it.

It seems that this year is the year that they give all of the house bands a break. I'm going to see if they're announced for 2000 Trees and if not chip off down to Boardmasters to see them.

People can be pretty ridiculous when they don't like a band.. same if they like a band too much. Green Day are still one of the biggest bands in the world. I would argue the headliners this year are the biggest we have had for a long long time.

Although I'm not sure about Strummer, Zach DeLa Rocha and Tom Morello especially backed up there politics talk and went to demonstrations, donated to charity etc etc. I'm not really sure what Rou does.
