7 would be pushing it....Probs should give 2013 a big miss, maybe wait it out for a big slow in 2015 (Not that I wouldn't be there to see them, but people get bored etc etc and it be more special that way.)

I reckon 2014 mate? I think 2013 will be the year R&L plus Oxygen/TITP get them and they'll headline Glasto 14 with Kasabian that year too? It'd just be who on the Sunday. It's early but not a bad guess imo.

I cant ever see Biffy headlining Glastonbury, I think of them as the band you get if you cant afford the foo fighters

I certainly agree with this presuming you mean Other Stage headliners, not that I would not want them playing the Pyramid but I just see them being booked for that stage. They were superb this year on West Holts and I regret leaving 10 minutes early to get a good spot for DJ Shadow, had it not been for Kool and the Gang they would have been my festival highlight.

I regret missing this, thinking I'd go get a decent spot for U2. Field was empty for ages up near the sound booth to ...but agree, Other stage headliners, could see Pyramid as a real outside chance! (Plus if they brought guests ..but then it could all go a bit Gorrilaz, nah just have headline either John Peel or west holts )

Just saw this We are going ahead of ourselves was thinking more of ideal world so they don't get people going on about them being on rotation (I could also see 2013 happening but just think they might wanna step back a bit, but we shall see. They looking likely for TiTP at either 2012 or 2013 I think).

I'd argue Biffy have got a while to go yet, possibly another decent arena tour, or bigger venues, before being considered.

IOW quite often puts weaker bands high up the bill, not the best fest to compare line-ups with.

Would like to see 2 strong headliners and a band that have never headlined a festival. A bit like it used to be with the likes of skunk anansie, muse, coldplay given a chance to headline festivals.

can see it being

and a legend, although I cant think of one that hasnt headlined glasto.

Stone Roses I suppose are likely of they haven't imploded by then

Arcade Fire, certainly big enough and a little bit different

Radiohead, people seem to think this is a dead cert.

Lady Gaga, I can just see this happening.

Kasabian, well they have put themselves out there to do it, wouldn't be as expensive as some

Biffy Clyro, certainly big enough in my opinion, although I can see them more as a other headliner

David Bowie, will he ever come back?

Rolling Stones, will it ever happen?

Anyway. My guess is

Main - Radiohead

Other - Dizzee Rascal

Main - Stone Roses

Other- Chase and Status

Main - Lady Gaga

Other - Biffy Clyro

Are you looking at the whole line up and what IOW has before bloody example?! its no where near what even the other stage puts on that high up!

I still think Radiohead and Arcade Fire are pretty much nailed on.

With David Bowie headlining with The Cure subbing on the sunday
