Kidney Mead for us, fills early, but hoping to base our camp there again this year. Like others really, it's where we ended up in 2007 and just head back there, but gets more difficult each year as it does fill up early. We like it because there are more landmarks than Pennards. My sister in law was in Pennards a couple of years ago and we could never find her!!

The field near the Pyramid stage, but along a bit. I always camp that side of the site as it's near the pedestrian gate A and is usually fairly quiet (or quiet enough for me anyway).

Always camped in Pennards, but its too rammed and the annoying tosspot punters that have been attending have been camping on Pennards (complete with orange netting and tape). So, after many many years, our lot are moving to Dairy! Shame as Pennards location is brilliant as I spend a lot of time in the healing fields.

Either the top of Kidney Mead (if we're early enough) or the bottom of the Big Ground - because it's not too far to walk from Ped Gate B where we come in, and it's on a little hill that which makes it a good place in a wet year - it was fine on the Big Ground in both 05 and 07. It is a bit of a bugger for the Park / Greenfields area but I quite like being able to listen to / watch whatever is on the Pyramid if I go back to the tent to change / have a nap during the day.

Other half and I usually camp in the 'other stage' field.

Not down the dance end but the other.

Last three years have been brilliant there. Usually get a really sound group of people, enough space to put a chair outside the tent and lively enough for us but at the same time it does have it's quiet moments that happen to be when we're trying to sleep. I think further down towards dance area the madder it becomes.

I was born a Top Webb's Ash man and I'll die a Top Webb's Ash man. ;)

Great spot; overlooks the pyramid, never had water issues (even in 2005 and 2007) and convenint for most of the main stages. Not so hot on the late night areas, but I've always quite enjoyed the walk back early in the morning.

I've never got the popularity of Pennards. It's not just about the Park and Shangri-la; it was heaving abck in 2004/5 before either of those were about (Lost Vagueness was nothing like the scale of the current late night areas)

One thing to say is, aren't all the names great?! So much better than the colours that other festivals use.

Camped in Dairy Ground the last few years, but our usual spot got taken by crew camping last year and where we ended up was a bit rubbish.

Think we'll be trying Pylon Ground or Rivermead this time, especailly as a chunk of our group are coming on coaches.
