What i really expect is something along the lines of..

I expect U2 and Radiohead to definitely headline, and i just pray, absolutly pray REM play in some capacity, and pray that they are headliners or special guests, i'd probably prefer special guests on the park after how special Thom Yorke was this year, i'd love it. But Roger Waters is out and about and I reckon he's got a very good chance, no chance of Led Zep, The Stones (if they wouldn't do 40th because of money, 41st will be no different!).

I expect Biffy, Mumford and Sons, interpol, Manics to play some capacity at least.

They've worked out their differences (yorke obviously thinks the festie is now 'ecologically sound enough' as he made a re-appearance), and he left the Park stage gig on the Friday with a wry smile and said 'We'll see you soon'....tie that in with the amount of time it's been since a headline slot for them and the massive reception radiohalf got this year and I reckon they are odds-on.

Ronnie Wood has given an interview saying that the Stones will tour next year, it might be their last ever tour and due to the fact it could be they def want to headline glastonbury.....id take what he said with a pinch of salt though as we dont know how hammered he was when he gave the interview.

I agree with you about Mumford and Sons, Id think high up on the other stage, id hope Manics would play. I think Paulo Nutini will play and hope The Coral get a good slot as their new album is superb.

Ronnie Wood has said in an interview that the Faces are doing Glastonbury next year, He also said they couldn't do this year due to Mick Hucknall's commitments with Simply Red but next year would definatley happen although not as headliners.

If it does then Please Please Please not with Mick Hucknall

Funniest thing i've read on EFests post-Glastonbury...

"Hey Roger....um...we've got you doing your Wall extravaganza 4th down on the pyramid on the Sunday. A fella by the name of Paulo Nutini is coming on next and he's got a #1 album under his belt, plus another record before that which was on the charts for 200 weeks, so we really hope you can warm the crowd up for him, awwright mate? What's that? oh 2002 you mean, when we had you as special guest 2nd on top with a 2 hour slot before Rod Stewart where we practically billed you as the true headliner but Rod's ego insisted he play last? yeah, well times change, Roger..and you know...we (and AM91) feel as if you've slipped a bit since then. Kylie has gotten massive since 2002!"
