Eavis said it was two headliner's who were returning and a female whos been before but never headlined!

Coldplay: look certain

Would love either:

Arctic Monkeys: 2 new albums since last time

Kings of leon: New album

Female could be Amy Winehouse (PLEASE) as she ahas a new album out before then.

He also said it isnt U2!

coldplay and radiohead too similar(ish) to both headline on Friday/Saturday.

Thom Yorke's cheeky grin and "We'll see you soon" as he left the park makes me think they are a shoe-in for saturday night pyramid.

As for the other 'returning' act, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Killers, Snow Patrol, Kasabian....to be honest if it's any of those I'll be happy

Sunday Night I'm thinking Kylie or Gaga but personally wouldn't watch either

I hope you are right I just put some money on that at 20/1. Is there usually any similarity between the type of band that play Saturday night or is it just a case of what fits in with touring schedules etc. Knowing my luck they will headline on Friday or Sunday and I won't win!

The way I see it is that the 'biggie' always does the saturday - sunday nights are for legends, and something a bit more rock'n'roll to end Friday with a bang. If the foos are recording and touring, then Friday night with them would be rather delicious!!! Something tells me not to dismiss the Killers though - they've not played since 2005 but have released a good album since then, and they need another shot since the sound was so abysmal in 05 that everyone felt a little short changed. And Snow Patrol have to be in the mix there somewhere - they've not paid a visit to Worthy since 2004.

Killers headlined in 2007. As for Snow Patrol, I believe they're taking time off so unless they 180 on their plans I'd say they're unlikely, though if they are doing anything I'd say they're due another appearance

cant believe so many people on these forums are talking about lady gaga as a credible headliner.fair do's an earlier slot but no way should she headline.t4 in the park, maybe.the pyramid stage is dumming down big time.

I think that with the previous park special guests returning higher up the bill in the last few years, (franz and dead weather off the top of my head) the likelihood of radiohead headlining has to increase somewhat. Plus a new album by the end of the year and next year it'll be 8 years since they last headlined. Could just be wishful thinking thought. Can't really see coldplay and radiohead though... and Eavis has said coldplay will be back.

    • The first half of that game was cracking but then I fell asleep at half time. Maybe that's just the momentum of things.

    • A win is a win but it was a very poor game with only 4 shots on target in the whole game. Scotland obviously handed a massive bonus with Brazil and Morocco drawing but I don't think either of them will be too worried.
