What in the name of sweet jaysis on a scooter is the craic with Bebe?

Was he just a punt for the hell of it? 7 1/2 million for a player that didnt actually play for the club he signed from. Fishy much?

we think our papers are bad

Barcelona-Athletic.jpg

the top picture is the picture AS (based in Madrid) printed, and screamed to the rooftops about 'offside'

and below is the ACTUAL picture. he might be off, he might not, but that is a shocking way to try and make your point

I think the media are being very unfair about bebe. He is a young lad moving to a country with a different language and culture, away from family and friends and people expect him to hit the ground running. Who knows how wilshire would cope if he moved to spain, pedro if he moved to italy. I think bebe should be given at least a year to fit in, never mind the football.

Havent really been paying attention to Blue finances. What is the craic anyway? Yis always struck me as a well run club from that point of view. Few if any huge failures in the transfer market / no big spending / low wage structure / loyal crowd... wheres the prob nob?

Are most Blues angling for a ground share? Id say 99.9% of Reds are against it.

Which ones?

if you'd have asked yesterday I'd have been able to tell you, but I can't now.

There were mentions in yesterday's BBC footie gossip (taken from newspapers, etc) that said that fergie was so pissed off with the performances of Bebe and Obertan that they'll both be gone in the summer.

Had a cracking weekend in Spain, including seeing Deportivo score a 95th minute equaliser from the head of their goalkeeper!

all nicely topped off by last night's big win. :)

It looks like Grant might repeat his doings with pompey, and get you to the cup final while taking you down.

Unless there were direct quotes from him, I'll believe nothing from the press, its unbelievable what shite they make up just to get something in the papers

(wouldn't be surprised if he does think it though!)

I've not said it was true, just that it's been reported.

I'm well aware that many of the paper stories are made up. But some of them aren't, either.

    • You can judge who you want to get a high slot next with the Lolla headliner performances from the weekend. Cause people think Tate Mcrae is the best thing out there for some reason. And some other cool acts, plus you can laugh at how bad the camera work is cause disney is cheap.
    • Fontaines getting the honour of the last ever BBC Maida Vale session going out on 6 Music shortly.   No Glastonbury relevance (for now.. ), just thought I'd mention it for those who are interested 😎
    • Had a wonderful booking in one of our primary woodland venues this weekend. A 30th birthday arranged by a load of musicians and entertainment industry professionals. It was primarily a folk oriented event, however I noticed one young woman who didn’t seem to fit dress and appearance wise. Turned out to be Frenetic, one of the top up and coming UK Jungle and DnB DJ’s.    Anyway Saturday night turned into an EDM session and I got to do a set. Slightly nervous considering who was there, it was great and Frenetic loved my set. She’s closing Data Mine at Shambala this year.
    • they got lucky and the thunderstorms stayed away. It was still wet of course. Some of those boot sucking puddles did emerge from what a couple friends saw who were there.  Post fest aerial also below   and also a sapphic mud wrestling contest?
