philipsteak
Spotted earlier it was starting on BBC4 tonight, although they seem to be doing 2 episodes at a time. I think this would benefit from the more traditional 1 episode a week. As you say, you don't want to binge it. Suppose I can just do that myself

Hmmm .... it would be much better without the 'flashbacks' of vets from 1968 shoved in the middle of talking about 1947. It's not a documentary, it's feckin' therapy. I decided that i didn't want to watch a second one last night so I've got that to catch up on.

Having watched the first two, I think I'll be OK with just the 10 hours. Plenty to digest in that. Weird that they are doing that though. Agree with Neil about the time jumps. I knew a bit about the lead up to war, so found that stuff really interesting, then suddenly you're in 1968. Very minor criticism though. Seems like that's a common theme for the USA for that era. It's pretty much what they did with Castro, and others too.

Supernintendo Chalmers
Thoroughly recommend "All This Mayhem", the story of skateboarding brothers Tas and Ben Pappas. Edit: it's actually on YouTube. Watch it while you still can: Edited October 9, 2017 by SPTFRE

The Nal
Really enjoyed Long Shot. Only 45 mins or so but very well made, and a great story. If you don't know the story I would recommend watching it without reading anything about it. Proper spoiler alert. True crime with a crazy twist.
