Not sure if this counts as prep but I destroyed the wheel arch of my car off a concrete wall last night. Have to prepare to fork out for that repair before Glasto now 😭 I think my ego took the biggest hit though…

I have never had to show my ticket on entry into the campervan fields, I have just exchanged my paper campervan fields pass for a sticker. Pretty sure that you will be fine. If you are a worrier get a photo of your mates ticket and explain he has been delayed due to personal circumstances. ☺️

A bit late but I went to see Tourist at Trinity in Bristol last week. I thought he was incredible. He’s got so many tunes now that his set was packed. Would definitely recommend Think he’d go down a storm at big G

For anyone into 90s old skool jungle tekno, breaks, beats and ravey breakdowns like myself, Origin8a & Propa are playing the Unfairground. Any of the Hardcore Energy lot will be worth a watch

The plunge pool is also lukewarm and a bit brown so maybe not what your after!

Never seen King Gizz before but super hyped for it. Have heard they have a pretty solid group of die hard fans who sometimes go full commitment and dress up as charachters from songs ha. If it further back and there is talkers I am gonna try and get stuck in with these guys hoping to get a couple of tracks from mind fuzz / nonagon infinity as those are albums I am most familiar with. Appreciate could be absolutely anything though. The most recent album with gila monster will prob get a few but that’s a bit more hard metal than I normally go for

maybe it was precisely because of the demo of the crowd (assume you mean because everyone was old? 🙂 ) i've seen just about every metal band out there, i've stood in front of massive speaker stacks at dub nights... ... but the LOUDEST gig i've ever been to was Alfie Boe! i always assumed the reason for this was because the average age of the the audience was probably like 82 or something so he just turned it up to 11 as everyone's hearing was knackered!
