Wow they have thrown those WV tents up quickly, no idea how many people that have doing it, but it seems early to me

Where have you seen this?

I have ADHD and I agree glasto is better than the real world - but you don't need ADHD to realise that It may be frustrating if she wants to see a specfic band, she will highly likely get distracted and forget - unless you help her to plan. I have in general a maximum of three bands to see and if get to see one, then thats good for me.

That was me and I don’t think it’s at the farm I think it’s at her ranch.

I'm not an expert, and I'm sure the condition manifests itself in different ways, but my friend who had ADHD absolutely loved Glastonbury and said it was loads easier than the "real world". Hopefully your wife feels the same 🤞🏼

Our tickets arrived yesterday….when we were away. A nervous 24 hours but pleased to say been delivered safe and sound with no signature required.

My wife and I are very much looking forward to our first Glastonbury this month (woo!) and I’m a huge planner so I’ve been in full research mode finding loads of great advice on here. I’m after a bit of slightly different advice with this post. My wife was diagnosed with ADHD last week after years of struggling to understand why her mind works the way it does. So I was wondering whether anyone on here, or people in their groups, have ADHD and whether they had any specific tips for navigating the festival with it. Any shared stories or advice would be warmly welcomed.

Me 3. Been off for a week, really busy tomorrow and out tomorrow night. Bound to be tomorrow. Hopefully it’ll be in the clashfinder by the time I finish work on Tuesday.

I think labour have probably dug themselves a big hole with this whole tax thing... ruling any rises out. I know why they feel they have to do it, but it is clearly not sustainable.

I've just found out that the first televised version of the sidetracked podcast is on Monday, and it'll be based at the farm, interviewing Shania Twain. Noticed someone on here mentioned that but I totally ignored it. Thinking there could be a chance of the lineup being out before then. Fingers crossed for tomorrow morning then.

Well they need to raise money somehow...and high earner pensions seems a pretty good place to start.

Was there last time they did West Holts and it's one of my favourite sets. Buzzing to do it all again this year

Several 'patriotic' publications would enjoy them doing it on Thursday and use it against them as 'proof' the lefties hate veterans.

Our pension pots are ours and not tapping for day to day cos we both now get monthly pensions that they cannot take away - unless they change the law and piss off several million people who tend to vote.

Thursday Music Crowding
A Particular Grey Chihuahu replied to A Particular Grey Chihuahu's topic in Questions
Is the noise from the main stages really that bad for surrounding houses? In my mind the festival is quite isolated. I can imagine people would hear it, but would it cause a nuisance? Especially in the afternoon/evening because there aren't any normal day to day sound limits for that time of day. I mean, someone can fire up a pneumatic drill outside your house at that time. Or is it really bad for the villagers? I really don't know.
