Check the images below the webcam here (green fields image). You can see it following the line of the fence from previous years. Very feint as you say cos of the mist...

It's a big fence and I can't imagine it can all go up in a day - perhaps the bit visible by the webcam hasn't been done yet.

I used this site a lot last year for the time lapse film so it was easier to spot changes when you watched it speeded up.

Keep checking every 10 mins or so - as the sun hits it it should show more clearly. It's at the back of Dragon Field.

I was hoping to go during the second bank holiday in May as it's quite a trek for us. I was worried it'd be too late, which is why I've emailed the office. Fingers crossed though.. and worse comes to worse, we'll go for a shorter break at a nearer time. I can't go during the first bank holiday because of work

This is what they said to me about access when I emailed them a few weeks ago...

"There are public footpaths through Worthy Farm & these are not closed until a couple of weeks before the Festival & so access is not a problem. All we ask is that you are mindful that is a working farm & to be aware of machinery & animals. As usual, please do keep to the footpaths.

I have to say, I can't see any sign of the fence on those webcam shots. It would be very early, wouldn't it? According to this interesting article, the fence building started on 20th May last year, and took 3 weeks to build, with 14 people employed to do it.

There was something visible earlier in that corner. Maybe just laying foundations or the leaving sections in place un-erected at this point.

Can't see nuffink, and I look at the webcam daily... Would be pretty early for it going up tbh, and there's little sign of any other infrastructure work going on anywhere else yet.
