That's so interesting because I saw him on Friday night and he had charisma out the wazoo - it's why I'm so keen to see the Glasto set!

Very chilled out set from The Libertines so far, nice for a relaxing Sunday

Snow Patrol far from the peak of their live powers these days, but was a little surprised they got the Other gig, and The Script went Pyramid - aside from the latter coming back for the Abbey.

Libertines almost sounding ‘too’ good and polished here. Vocally, I think Pete and Carl are both as good as they have ever been. But their greatness at their peak came with the scattiness and all round rawness.
Still enjoying them, and really glad Pete has come out the other side now.

I'm enjoying the Libertines, but was never particularly into them so don't know much of their stuff. Not sure why I wasn't into them actually. Sounding pretty good.

Saw Pete a few weeks ago in Brighton supporting Ocean Colour Scene and he was great, so relaxed and chilled, his voice was excellent along with the set he did.

Watching the Libertines is actually pretty lovely. Maybe missing the scatty charm but still wonderful tunes, and I remember going to a few gigs where Pete didn't show or cancelled altogether 

And Gary is as wonderful as ever

Saw the Libertines in November and just as good as they were then, great set so far but hoping for Horror Show to make an appearance! Crossed over to SPRINTS who seem to be tearing up Woodsies, swear Kate Nash was on with them a few minutes ago.

In amongst all of Pete’s very public antics, I think it’s often overlooked just how influential a band The Libertines actually were isn’t it.
I know their importance is loosely thrown around, but I mean their first two albums were as good as you’ll get with some legendary singles, and they opened the door for the next generation of UK guitar bands. They deserve more plaudits for their importance to British music.

Feels a bit surreal seeing this sedate, nostalgia-band version of The Libertines. Definitely not where anyone thought they'd be at this point in their lives/careers if you'd asked 20 years ago, but can't say it's not nice to see both Pete and Carl doing so well considering everything that they've been involved in.
