If they do any festival it's R+L

I still think Foos will do R&L this year and a stadium tour in UK next summer. the date I have seen leaked for a stadium is US is for June and all their teases are for huge US & Canadian stadiums. think they will hit Europe for the late summer festivals and cycle back bigger next year....but anything could happen and they are announcing something big today.

Foos are the type of bands as well with hit R&L in the middle of a US tour if they want to.

Until we see what the announcement looks like I guess we're just speculating. I agree that they would if the offer and dates work but the rumour was US and Canada dates through August/September.

We'll find out soon if nothing else.

Isn't the announcement just the song they're releasing today?

There are meant to be two stadium shows at the SOL and there's rumours going that it's Foos and U2.

Do t think it will be myself, reckon one will be another pop act tbh. Might get one band but I'd probably go more towards U2 if it is I reckon.

Huh I thought the U2 rumour was that they might now not be around until 2027 because they seemingly can't finish their new album that's been in development for about 5 years.

Personally I see Foos doing stadiums.

2027 obvs way too early but MCR? Doing a 20 year anniversary/ return from the last time they played. Could easily see Deftones headline as well.

I’m thinking Deftones & MCR for 27. Maybe Ghost too if it turns out to be GNR this year.

Gotta throw BMTH in the mix too if they get a new stage show sorted. Ghost is an option assuming the rumour is true and they aren’t playing 2026.

Even way too earlier to say but 2028 Slipknot & Iron Maiden plus someone new 🤣

I can see BMTH having a year off in 2027 to release new music & then play in 28. Maybe something like the following for the next 5 years for fun.

26 - Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses & Linkin Park

27 - Deftones, My Chemical Romance & Ghost

28 - Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon & Blink-182

29 - Nine Inch Nails, Nickelback & Iron Maiden

30 - Biffy Clyro, Muse & Metallica

2026: Limp Bizkit, Ghost & Linkin Park

2027: Deftones, Blink-182 & TOOL

2028: Parkway Drive, Iron Maiden & System Of A Down

2029: Bad Omens, Slipknot & Bring Me The Horizon

2030: Knocked Loose, Metallica & someone else (NIN?)

I think Turnstile are more likely to headline by that point than Knocked Loose

Booking that far ahead would be an absolute mare tbf. Maybes two a head is doable. After that you just don't know what's going to happen.

Some bands get massive out of nowhere, some bands fall off quickly, split up or end up taking years off.

For bands like Maiden who are around 70 year old you can't really be expected to book that far ahead, hopefully they are around but getting to the age where it's tough going and they've already had a casualty of that recently.

I can barely guess at this year's nevermind five years time 🤣

    • I was also at Ghost but seated. When they scanned my ticket's and they came up as seated they printed a small ticket with the seat number info.
    • I was standing for Ghost at O2 London last year where they put the phone in a pouch beforehand so I assume they're is a mechanism in place for people in seats.
