Last year there were 5 announcements in consecutive days since the first one. Who do you think it is tommorow ?

I dont think we will be that lucky,  would love to be wrong though

I think we might get one wednesday if that and then linkin park on friday as the headliner assuming the tour is announced the day the album drops

If green day is not playing NOS im really curious who could be the third headliner

I don't believe that they drop the three headliners in one week... That doesn't roll out Green Day, but makes me wonder if they wouldn't be announced earlier, because, if NOS Alive has them, everything makes me believe that they'd be authorized to announce.

If it's not Green Day, it's problably something that didn't announce for festivals yet or Sabrina, who has only been announced for Primavera Barcelona. The last option is two slots for co-headliners.

Sabrina is not playing Portugal. First she's not big enough to headline NOS and secondly makes no sense for her to play primavera barcelona in june and wait 1 month to play lisbon even in the same day as olivia

That doesn't rule her out, though. It wouldn't be the first time that Primavera and Alive shared some big names (The Strokes 2022, Arctic Monkeys 2018, Radiohead 2016, for example)

Think Sabrina is rumoured for one of the yet to be announced BST dates in early July, so wouldn't be that far fetched to still be in Europe around that time

She is not big enough?

She is probably one of the biggest pop star of the year in Portugal... I would agree if you would say that about Chappell or even Charli XCX, but Espresso has been playing non stop by portuguese radios and television.

That's Glastonbury definitely out as expected...they want £££ but surely Download have them under Green Day.

man , having linkin park and weezer on the same day would be amazing

I think it's more likely given Dublin and no back to back that Werchter have them under Green Day Friday.

If we're following a similar format to last year with the broad range of headliners... I reckon

2024 - Dua Lipa / 2025 - Olivia Rodrigo

2024 - Arcade Fire / 2025 - Flaming Lips ? (In Europe Jun 2025)

2024 - Pearl Jam / 2025 - Greenday or Linkin Park (Prefer Linkin Park)

The Flaming Lips aren't big enough to headline this festival. I'd even say they would play the Heineken stage.

Alanis is out of NOS unfortunally 😞😞 just announced more dates and they clash with NOS.

Perhaps mares vivas or super bock super rock but logístically doesnt make much sense

None of the dates she added clash with Alive, only the already announced show on the 12th

Bought tickets. Not familiar with Olivia Rodders, had a listen and it was a bit Avril Lavigne and a bit like Pink too, to my ears at least. Wouldn't say I was a fan by any means, but I think it'll be a good show.

Just need a bunch of middle-aged men with guitars to complete the lineup and I will be happy.

    • People seem to have got obsessed about 'secret sets' at all festivals this year even when there aren't any spaces other than, in EOTR's case, the usual late Folly sets that 90%+ of the time are from artists who are already playing.
    • To be fair @Superscally barely mentions the running thing. Very quiet about it 😘
    • I guess we'll just have to wait until videos of the shows go up, but the fact that the standing is also greyed out still suggests to me that those sections just sold out out before the others and a blue block just be like 3 tickets left, it's still not concrete proof they never went on sale and if they were never on sale why would they not make it even, if 414 wasn't on sale then you'd think 409 wouldn't be either
    • Selfish, but I've done the 2 days I'm there.. i'll try to do the rest through the day but might get beaten to it as it's editable....    https://clashfinder.com/s/ape2026/
    • I don’t think the festival automatically ‘need’ to have a female headliner if you have strong female headliners on the Other Stage (which I reckon will be Rosalia and Phoebe Bridgers), perhaps a female legend (praying for Annie, will take Cher), and a few female/mix gendered subs on the Pyramid (maybe London Grammar, The xx). From what I’ve seen of Sabrina, her team prioritises the pay day and I think she will be doing Wembley over Glasto weekend.   One thing I’ve noticed is a lot of the suggestions would be first time headliners and I can’t work out when the last time was that the festival had three artists top the bill that hadn’t topped it before? It seems to be something they like to do to make sure they have a ‘safe’ headliner that will land well with the masses. Plenty of names in that hat that could step back up next summer and should/could be about: Billie Eilish, Adele, Foo Fighters, The Cure, Radiohead, U2…hell, if Beyoncé is really planning to release a ‘rock n roll’ album to complete her Renaissance trilogy, Glastonbury would be a great place to ‘kick off’ that campaign for her.   And there’s always the Rihanna rumour. Her husband (I think) said this week she’s in the studio.
