Presumably their show at Ziggo Dome rules them out for doing any other Dutch show.

Line up looks all over the shop in the best way, loads of things I would watch in that announcement today: Faithless a massive win, The Academic, Almost Monday, The Royston Club, Sprints, Imminence and Bob Vylan. 

 

Wouldn't mind seeing what the last batch of names throws up before a commitment but I do love Pinkpop as a festival. Another batch of eclectic names would potentially sway me to add this on to my trip out to Rock For People and make a real big trip of it.

She's quite famous/popular.

 

I don't like her music but she's a big social media star.

 

Oh, and when she sings live she uses a lot of autotune

Never heard of her or her music before, and now that i have i am not imoressed. Well if that means that Max and Justin will perform on the same stage (and I can keep my place at the front after oatw) I really don't mind her on the other side of the field 🙂

Wondering what is left to come in terms of the third (usually final) announcement. Do we think an act might be still to come come ahead of Korn? The poster implies a gap exists.

Aye, I'm wondering what happened to the rumoured Scissor Sisters announcement. I know Ana Matronic isn't with them on this tour but they're a band I've always wanted to see. If they played here it would be enough for me as there's loads more bands I would like to see which I've never got around to (Korn, Weezer, Mika, Flogging Molly, Sprints to name a few) so if I could get them here it would justify the cost of the trip instead of doing individual gigs. 

 

Had a quick look and last year the bigger names in the final announcement were the likes of Yungblud and Oliver Heldens, not huge but still headliners at niche festivals and bigger acts so hopefully there's still some good to come. I'm just impatient as travel costs are increasing and I want to lock it in sooner rather than later.

Personally, I think it's a pretty solid line up thus far. That said, there seems to be some pretty solid acts in the vicinity of the festival in June (Iggy Pop, Wunderhorse, Marillion, Jerry Cantrell, Patti Smith etc). So, an open goal exists for them to stack up the "rockier" offering should they wish!

I like to think I have my finger on the pulse in terms of the festival circuits.. but, I still can't get my head around the Tate McRae booking! Maybe I'm just aging rapidly ha.

I think there’s scope for a couple of them, but one or two ruled out by Down The Rabbit Hole and Best Kept Secret.

 

Flogging Molly have had to cancel all of their 2025 dates so that’s a shame

Considering latest PKP/LL bookings, any omissions that strike you as likely to attend Pinkpop instead?

Looks like previous line ups, tend to have 4 artists in bald under each headliner. So, it's likely a couple of pretty big hitter might be still to come on the Friday and Sunday. Hopefully some more rock / heavier / punk acts to bring a bit of balance to the force.

All seems a bit quiet on the rumour front - Jimmy Eat World, Bullet for my Valentine, Rise Against, The Maccabees, and I've seen Manic Street Preachers are out and about on European dates within the vicinity.

Manic Street Preachers are already playing Bospop three weeks later. Not impossible, but very unlikely.

Ah! They look to have a busy year. Happy with the Pinkpop acts thus far, but some increased guitar based offering wouldn't go a miss!

A quick look at last year's IG posts suggests that we should expect the full line up soon. 2024s was out by the end of February

Yeah I’m struggling to work out who is left to play this. Was holding on to that Scissor Sisters rumour but now they’re doing the Kalorama group in Portugal/Spain that weekend I think that probably rules them (and a whole bunch of other artists) out too sadly.

 

Looking at who is playing Best Kept Secret, Bospop and Down the Rabbit Hole helps rule out some more. I think the full thing should be with us come the end of March though
