Has anyone tried to download the free train ticket? Can't find the code on the ticket.

You need to download the tickets on Ticketmaster. The code is below the QR code between two * like *V76GSA8G* I don't remember if you have to paste it with or without the * so I recommend to try both

tried order number and barcode number, neither seemed to work for me

I used the order number from my email, not the Ticketmaster.be account.

They're both 8 digits and almost the same, with the exception that the Ticketmaster one starts #7XXXXXX, whereas the order number on the email starts 07XXXXXX (this second one is the one that worked for me).

Two weeks until i begin my very long journey to Rock Werchter. It’s starting to feel very real.

I could do without the Underworld / Green Day crossover, but it’s not the worst, I guess.

Only other annoying clashes are Deftones / Heilung, Sylvie Kreusch / Thee Sacred Souls & Wet Leg / The Backseat Lovers.

I guess I’ll see how I feel on the day. Anyone got any tried and tested recommendations for how to deal with clashes? Or advice on who I should watch out of my clashes above?

Personally if I can’t decide I always go with the one I’m unlikely to be able to see again.  For instance I’d personally prefer Wet Leg but they’re going to be doing festivals for years

That’s a good point. I’m going to Way Out West in August, so hopefully I can catch them there.

1 clash resolved.

About Werchter Parklife
The Werchter festival family is expanding with a new addition: Werchter Parklife. The new one-day festival positions itself somewhere between Werchter Boutique and TW Classic and firmly embraces rock and alternative rock. The name Werchter Parklife is not new. It made its debut in the summer of 2021, when the Werchter festival team brought live music back to life with a special concert series, crafted for exceptional times. Starting in 2026, Werchter Parklife will return!

Feels like it will take away some rock names of RW leaving us with more pop days like sunday... I don't like this news.

Yeah, that's what the the Werchter family needs, even more festivals to spread themselves even thinner than they currently are...

"There are so much good rock names touring that we can have a new one day rock-only fest...

...so we can book Yungblud a 5th time in a row at RW26"

Wouldn't be surprised if he was their sub lol.

I thought they might play Graspop next year but clearly not.

    • Audrey Hobert getting a lot of traction lately and new single on Friday. Wonder if she could be round next summer.
    • Think Pulp are optimistic, not in terms of size but just that they've been on the road (albeit not intensively) for 3 years in a row and it feels like EotR is the deliberate end of the cycle.   Would be fairly surprised if they're active next year.
    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
    • No argument that he’s bigger than ever, I just have no enthusiasm for it.
