Crazy amateur talk. A pint of milk is a wonder every day to settle festival drink/food ravaged stomachs, and in the heat it's an even bigger win with the salt balance adding to hydration plus the cooling effect of a chilled drink.

Folk do love to find ways to place themselves above others.

A good cold pint of milk is f**king great. Love it.  We must go through about 20+ litres of the stuff a week in our house.

Upvote for Milky Milky here too.  Loved it when we camped in Paines every year, stopped right by our tents.  Had a cold pint every morning, great for many reasons - hydration, minerals, gets rid of hangover dry mouth, settles your stomach.  Unless you're lactose intolerant, obvs.
