Got snitched on to licencing I believe, lots of the sneaky bars lost out that way I think. Though I'd be happy to be wrong as the beer was good in there and cheap

It certainly gets mentioned a lot on these threads, I'm astonished I've never been. My only explanation is that I station myself mostly at WH and only leave there for other fields when I'm inclined to. Def gonna check it out this year though, looks bang in the middle of all the main stages, outside of Woodsies/the Park.

I think Tricketts is my favourite bar; sitting there with a pint looking out over the festival is magical and restorative.

agreed.  Permaculture is usually my first meal on site every year.  Would love to see the area exapanded a bit if it were possible,
