Its almost like you go out of your way to say the most stupid stuff possible.  How can you say that without knowing all the reasons around it lol

Will give you a clue why it's not a sh*t investment plan.

1.6% interest rate on my mortgage

Annual pension growth between 5 and 12%

Tax savings upwards of 60% (when ir35 caught) when Invest into pension

25% of pension can be taken tax free

Paying off the mortgage is also just an option.  Hopefully inheritance sorts that out and then this can be used to pay for a holiday home lol.

The reasons around it seems to be paying off the mortgage.there will have been more money efficient ways to do that if you'd put some effort into it.

Well they would, wouldn't they...

And several well experienced paramedics and the like categorically stated that there was absolutely no evidence at all, of any type whatsoever, that these men were using or had used or even possessed weapons of any sort.

Plus they had permits to work inside Israeli, these are given out to anyone suspected of anything Israel doesn't like.

Because paramedics are the ultimate source of information on such things ?   specially on their past 😛

You do make me chuckle.  You really are happy to cherry pick your absolute facts 😛

From where I'm sitting it really looks like you're the one cherry picking "facts".

I have no idea what happened.  But I can read the article and realise there is more than one story around what happened.  I guess you ignore those bits.

From the whole article it's quite clear what happened, the same as has been happening daily for 4 months.

all comes down to intent...was it a mistake, or rogue IDF nutters,  or were orders given from the very top. Will take a long time to prove any of this, and maybe a lot will never be proven, it's why the verdict of genocide from Hague is likely to take years. But people have probably already made up their minds on both sides.

Go on then Mr Know it all.  Tell me how 🙂

I'm not a financial advisor but there's various tax free saving schemes and you'd  have Probably  saved moreby saving into your mortgage rather than spunking loads on interest.

At least you can see that it was a deliberate attack by Israeli military on defenseless, unarmed civilians.

It’s probably a good idea that people don’t take advice on their finances from random people on a message board instead they should talk to Financial Advisors.

At the moment the biggest problem is going to be starvation. There is literally going to be a famine inside Gaza. How is that targeting Hamas?

It's gone way beyond targeting Hamas and did so early on. The Hamas thing is just cover to keep the rest of the world off their backs.

I wouldn't go that far personally. I think both sides need to recognise what the other has done. But Israel has gone well beyond any reasonable response. And looks like Netenyahu isn't going anywhere, he'll probably still be in power when Biden gets replaced by Trump...and then...what?

From BBC live feed:

"

Labour's amendment is rejected

MPs have rejected an amendment to the Rwanda Bill to require the government to publish a full impact assessment of the costs involved in removals to Rwanda in advance of the Bill coming into force, including per person removal and the confidential financial memorandum signed between the two countries

MPs voted 339 to 263 a majority of 76."

No way it's even close to failing. The rebels and backbenchers are just trying to apply pressure on Sunak.

how does this work ? is it Labour being presumptuous ? or does this happen whatever the chances of a handover are ?

Miliband did it around Jan/Feb 2015. I don't know if Corbyn ever did but it's not unusual. I'm pretty sure Cameron did it in 2010 as well.

It’s all standard procedure for every election. The PM will give permission for the Opposition to speak with the Civil Service so they can start discussions on their plan for government and help the CS show impartiality.

    • So we've signed a Horny Czech, and Bruno's turned up the training camp instead of doing Isak's nonsense.   Still not sure I believe Bruno's staying mind, but glad he's not doing the sh*t Arsenal are asking him to do to lower the price. If they want him they can stump up.   My suspicion is that whichever of Madrid/Man City don't start next season with Rodri will go for Bruno, and one of them will come in while Arsenal have f**ked about trying to get him cheap, which while I absolutely want to keep him, would still be good enough bants and a nice middle finger that I wouldn't mind it so much. I just wish we'd report Arsenal for tapping up.   If rumours are to be believed, we're after 2 more defensive signings, and an attacking player, on top of a replacement if Bruno leaves, having already signed a LW, 2 CMs, a GK, and some youth players. Huge churn, but apart from a couple of Bazou Toure's games for Ivory Coast at the world cup, I've not seen any of them play. Over 2 summers we've basically changed our entire team aside from the CBs.
    • I think the level of headliners Bloodstock get is varied    There's been bands who have gone on to play Download in quite a low spot like Meshuggah, Behemoth, Opeth etc.    Then they've had years like 2025 where you can argue that all three headliners are download main stage sub level    Knocked Loose right now i'd argue are 3rd down on main/opus headliner level while EC and FFDP are borderline main stage sub
