One problem with Truss' plan, same as with Starmer's, is not targeted, bills go down for everyone.

Could have increased UC earlier and not waiting till next year, or at least phase it.

Truss likes her plan because instead of taxing the energy firms, this allows them to have even more money which we will then have to pay back overtime through taxes.
