Catching an afternoon set by an act new to me that I've either just recently discovered, or discovered while investigating the line-up, is usually the musical highlight for me. By the time the headliners happen, I'm usually pretty mellow and happy to wander from stage to stage. Chances are I may already have seen most of the headliners in an indoor venue.

I'm loving the new Tyler Ramsey album and I think he'd suit eotr down to the ground. Ex Band Of Horses guitarist, but without the bombast, it's more a rustic Midlake. Harking back to eotr's Americana roots. I'd love to see him there.

The new Alexandra Savior album is a gem also, I'd love to see her in the Tipi.

Already looking forward to investigating the unknown names in next week's announcement.

Would love to see Self Esteem there

I don't know Self Esteem, will check them out. This has been great for finding some new bands and the line-up hasn't even been announced yet. Thanks!

Really looking forward to tomorrow now!

That Alexandra Savior album really is great. I hear a bit of Bat for Lashes, Lana del Rey and Mattiel in there.

    • It was never going to be great was it, there is comments of Mickey Mouse all over socials lol which is very similar to Glastonbury.  Someone I know from RIP watched Welcome to the Jungle and left and they went saying they've got to see GNR. It was the only day not to see out as well.
    • I decided to goto bed early for the Aussie game rather than stay up for Scotland. I don't regret my decision, I also love the complete over reaction during the world cup when a player has 1 good game, that Watford winger is now everyones dream signing. Its also funny when clubs get into the hype and end up overpaying for someone who then does nothing in the prem.

    • I read the Kerrang review and they didn’t seem overly positive. The definition of a 6 out of 10.
