Sheds n james for Thurs then?

Who knows, I would have expected a mention of at least White Lies and Paul Heaton if it were correct. The headliners wouldn't seem out of sync with what we were expecting.

Maybes it's just a piss take

 Bloody hope not!

jk, it's a fake lineup - sorry all. 20ish hours to go for the real one!

Cheers. Fair play for coming on and clearing that up :-)

Hope you make it along to the efest meet this year. You can buy Thurlow a pint like the rest of us.

The Coral have tweeted that they're playing Tim Peaks at Kendal

Hope that’s true. Not that you’ll be able to get near it but I’d probably wander round.

Really hope Catfish aren’t a main stage headliner but fair enough I’m a mile away from their target audience.

Long time since I posted, but thought I'd throw my hat into the ring even though it's highly unlikely I'll be there this year:

  1. Glasvegas
  2. First Aid Kit
  3. Shed Seven
  4. Rae Morris
  5. Lily Allen
  6. George Ezra
  7. Bastille
  8. Chic
  9. Ocean Colour Scene
  10. Vengaboys
  11. Pale Waves
  12. Brooke Bentham
  13. Lewis Capaldi
  14. The Magic Gang
  15. Sigrid
  16. Stereo Honey
  17. Yonaka
  18. Anteros
  19. Jacob Banks
  20. The Sherlocks

Was hoping to bump into you in the Fields again  Mr Grump.

Would some decent ska get you there ?

Whos the one headliner that would swing it for you ?

Not sure his lass will let him come this year after last year's drunken shenanigans.

Again ! Saw them there last year so they must have enjoyed it, probably means they're playing the festival one day as well.

I took that to be a reminisce rather than a repeat, but could be wrong

It's not looking like it this year unfortunately.

Mrs Grump want to do a festival again this year but unfortunately it's her weekend to work & can't get time off.

We're currently looking at doing Beautiful Days down in Devon around 3 weeks after KC...line up announced in 3 weeks so that will tip the balance.

However, stranger things have happened....

    • I really like the Cheap Thrills! I saw them at the Ruby Lounge in Manchester in January at one of Chris Hawkins' "Awesome Friends" nights (which i think is why I even got tickets as it wasn't listed as a Cheap Thrills show!). Very good live and some great songs. I would've gone Saturday if I'd planned ahead!
    • They also seem to be in a mission to break the US with their new major label and this latest LP   Mid afternoon, live streamed on Disney+ is arguably a much bigger gig than Kendal Calling, if they had to skip one
    • This is massively exciting. I've been curious to who will be provide vocals for their live show and this is mega!
    • Seems to be getting reported as his only headline show in UK, I would say he's probably out BST now but can be on the Sunday teatime glasto slot or something
