Count me in sir. Are there creche facilities ? Me, Mrs Comfy and the weans.

Thurlow - with all the drinks your getting remember a glass of water is always a good shout in between. Especially when it`s my round  ;)

This sounds like a decent spot for the meet as long as it`s not bucketing down. I think that path is lined with flags as you walk down it towards the calling out stage, big wheel etc.

We normally set up just off it to the left at the 5th flag down.

If the flags are not there this year and you see a couple of 10 year olds wandering about please feel free to feed them  :)

From memory that path was lit and I was able to take a few strides into the left when the tunes were on as the sound was much better as you got nearer the big tree.

Am i talking about the right path / bar ?

Ramra - I think I met you and Lippy in that area a few times last year ?

Yeah that's the one, however I hope you realise that bottles of water tend to be as expensive as booze so if he drinks perrier your gonna be out a few quid !

Hiya everyone,I would like to come and say hello as well.First time at kendal so be good to get some tips from all you regulars.

I will have 2 kids so any pals for them would be good.We are arriving thu lunch of the train and staying in deer lodge.

Myself and kids now very excited lol

My kids ( twins age 10 ) are always looking for someone to chuck a frizzby or kick a ball about with. We will all be at the meet if your up for that. The kids area over the hill across from the main stage is always a pretty decent way to spend a couple of hours plus it`s next to Ghandi`s flip flop who do a brilliant curry.

I believe Thurlow prefers the more natural tap water. I certainly prefer " buying " it over that fancy stuff  :)

My boy (also 10) will no doubt be with me then too, he bought a massive bubble maker which he'll probably have with him and will just happily play/ let other kkids have a go etc too

There's only 1 path as far as I know. It runs from top of main stage field down under the trees past houseparty tent and heads out past dance tent.

If you find the path follow it to the main stage as far as it goes
