Slide and ride

In 2007 I was watching the Kaisers near the back of the Pyramid field in the pissing, pissing rain. A man came running down the hill only to be tripped (deliberately) by someone else and slide down the hill a good 20-30 feet through the mud front first. One of the funniest things I've ever seen at Glastonbury.

the year I last went to BoomTown they had one of these on the slopes of Matterley - people were riding loads of different things down my favourite was the crocodile.

In fact I'm fairly sure some to think of it there was one behind where Shangri La is now, one hot year, I vaguely remember people trying to surf down it

which was a bit like the one at Coachella

mind you this set up at the viewing point with a pool by Arcadia would be rad

Holy!

I like the idea though of firing punters across the site, maybe the ramp/slide could be moveable to different targets around the site? :P

To be honest, that would be great... Imagine one that went from The Park, over Arcadia, past the Other Stage crowd, over to Silver Hayes and stopping at John Peel... Then one that went from there, over the Pyramid to the Kidz Field... And one from there to the SE Corner. I would easy pay an extra £50 on my ticket to get unlimited rides on that haha

Imagine that combined with the drugs and booze that people consume.

Imagine the biggest technicolour yawn in history arching across the site!
