If there's one thing I can't stand it's a medley. You may have just made my mind up for me.

Plays piano and hosts it.

In the full show he sings a couple of songs - Alfie being the biggie - but the vocal heavy lifting is delegated to a trio of younger types.

Hopefully with an hour he'll trim out some of the extra tunes that are done more for larks than anything else - things like Magic Moments, the theme from The Blob (!)) and just bring out the big guns.

Nah - Burt's definitiely in the mix for it. As to whether his anecdotes make the cut with the clock ticking is another matter.
