No restrictions as far as I'm aware, but best late afternoon if kids in tow I'd say. If it's open, Wed night isn't bad for a look round but not so much happening there.

Genoysis is an outdoor stage so you can rock up with the kids anytime . Gets a bit crazy with ques etc on a night but you can soak up the atmosphere with the kids during the early evening . It'd massively impressive without going into the clubs. Not sure what goes on in the NYC downlow is suitable for kids! :-)

Saw him do arcadia last year, love his stuff but that old skool set he played was a nice surprise. Loved it

Oh. Oh dear. That's a bugger. I have to confess to not really knowing him, listening to 'Adam', the first SoundCloud track on his RA page and thinking I'd discovered a pearl.
