Morning all, I'm betting on absolutely f*ck all to happen today! Maybe they will tease us with coach tickets if we're lucky lol. My money is still on the finale for Monday 1oclock.

However, that will not stop me from being within reaching distance of the pc at all times. Hopefully today is the day. I hate waiting

Morning all. Glued to the screen for another day. Hopefully the last day. Sorry to be a bore but could someone please post the link for the "Tour" page. It's been cleared from my phone overnight. Good luck to one and all today!

What are the best Web alerts for an android phone.. I'm not techy you see

I use web alert extreme, I'm not techy either and I spent an hour or so setting up/playing with it, seems to be OK for my purposes, however for similar price Neils checkpage gives you added bonus of 40 text alerts/mails and was super speedy on Monday when changes were happening

I've been using one called "Web Alert" for Android and it refreshes every minute which is a good balance. Any faster and it would murder your battery. It gives you a notifcation etc and even tells you the percentage of how much page has changed. I go into panic mode when it says 20% like on monday

Morning all, Here is hoping today is d day!

Out of interest which page are people monitoring for changes?

A link would be amazing, thanks!

I'm monitoring a few :)

main two are:

http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/Tour/Glastonbury-2016 and http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/content/extras

I also track the main http://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/ because I've noticed they give a few alerts prior to a major announcement so it gives me a heads up when shit is about to go down :)

I think these are wise words! I'm also going for Monday, if only because I really need it not to be today!

Here comes another day of dehydration...drink less, fewer trips to the loo, less chance of tripping over running back to my desk when an alert goes off.

I go to the toilet armed with my phone (with preloaded registration numbers) and my debit card. I'm not taking any chances!

I'm thinking of eating lunch at my desk today. My waters are expecting a lunchtime sale, for no reason at all.

Anyone else found that http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/event/addregistrations has just disappeared?

It keeps disappearing and reappearing but I think this one works still http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/event/glastonbury-2016/worthy-farm/900001/ I think it was the same page?

I think some geek at see tickets us collecting data from these posts to identify when the most inconvenient time would be for tickets to go on sale. So if you're reading this See Tickets Geek, 2pm today would be shit.

To the seetickets big red 'button pusher' between 10:30-12:30 and 15:00-16:00 will be rubbish and traumatic for me today when I'll be away from laptop.

    • What is too old for Leeds Fest now ?  I'm going to the Fontaines Saturday in a few weeks at 54 !!!  I may be the oldest there 🙂    Wythenshawe may be an option for WA.
    • Pretty much all festivals lose out on major artists because of production limitations though. Glastonbury is no different to most other festivals.  Lots of acts can/will adapt their tour production to suit festival stages if they want to play them, but some acts with stage designs and routines just don't want to adapt, and would rather just stick with a rigid, well-rehearsed production and take the money for their own gigs, whether that's a lot more than playing Glastonbury, or slightly less than playing some other festivals (but with added complications). Trying to adapt the stage, layout, access to b-stages etc to accommodate a single headliner on a Friday and then having to change it all around for a Saturday headliner isn't really a goer when most headliners can just easily adapt their show to stay on a main stage, if they're so inclined. They have a year to figure out how to perform a song on a main stage and ditch a few dance routines out on a b-stage if they really put their mind to it. It's not that difficult......
    • I would be all over Wolf Alice but may have outgrown this venue.    Also have to consider the schedule they have been on this year so may be on a break.  This last 10 days alone they did Tramlines, New York, Chicago and Kendal Calling.  Although make hay while the sun shines may come into play.
