Just checked the see ticket thing and it said there was no order! But then I realised I had put my reg number in and not the confirmation number from see tickets - nearly had a minor heart attack!

Yes I got a blood-runs-cold moment when I did exactly the same thing - can't know the confirmation number unless you noted it down at the time of booking, and of course that was a time of flat-out panic, so no chance of those sort of niceties!

Don't do this to us See (although yes you have been very good boys this year and run a tidy ship - fairest system in years) (as speaks one who got lucky, of course...)

Be patient can take a few hours to come through.

In the mean while I managed to check my tickets here http://www.seetickets.com/customerservice

yep i was getting twitchy then entered the details in there and clicked "resend' and it came through straight away.

It was only a few years ago you got a very basic confirmation page with no reference numbers etc. and the email could take a day to come through. Really was tense back then.

Does the lead booker only get the email or does it go to all that tickets were booked for?

lead booker gets the main confirmation, others just get a notification their reference number was used.

Got the email and checked the tracker. All seems good. Only anxiety I have is that I am not sure if the payment has gone through. When I check my balance I can see something waiting to clear but I don't know what. I will keep checking over next 24 hours and phone see up. Plenty of funds, so just worried in case I didn't enter card details correctly.

So if someone else got the ticket for you does it show on the tracker?

Cos I checked with my email and it didn't show up!

Worried:(

Mine doesn't show on the tracker either, but I wasn't the lead booker? Panicking I entered the payment details wrong. Wish I had entered my registration number first so I was the lead! I'm going to be devastated if it hasn't all gone through properly
