Hmm, if it says allow 4 hours for confirmation email to arrive, then everyone who's bought one *should* have their confirmation by now. But I don't think I'm the only one not to have received one yet (checked that the booking has happened with Customer Services)

Theres a option at the bottom of the ticket checker to resend the confirmation email, I didn't get one so resent it and it came through instantly.

NatWest isn't showing my transaction either, *and* I haven't had confirmation email - but my See tickets account shows the booking... I guess this is all just taking a long time - 150,000 of anything is quite a lot isn't it?!

Money won't come out til tomorrow at the earliest, Sundays not a banking day, some accounts may show the amount as allocated some don't.

If you can get the confirmation from See Tickets online, there's no need to panic, your ticket is safe

Same for me billum. You could resend the email from the seetickets site. I'm fairly relaxed - last year the email came quite late on.

No email yet but the friend who booked it requested that 12 months worth of orders email and it showed on there so I'm not worried.

Hi I am also still waiting. I can see the confirmation in See, and it looks like my account is £250 down, so I am not too worried. However I also asked them to resend the email and it hasn't come yet either. Cheers Peter
