Then a mate had a bit of a melt down and wanted to go. So loaded up his mammoth trolley and dragged it back to his car. 5th trip up/down the hill of death.

Got back at 2pm. Went hard again.

6th time up tbe hill to go home...and here I am.

Glasto is like Everest. You can never predict what it has in store for you, its fucking hard work getting to the top...but its cracking good fun and getting home safe is an achievement in itself.

Now; time for a kip!

Laters potaters! X

Woffy, we all wondered what happened to you Thursday night!

We had a fab time, probably the best yet. My only regret is that we sacked off the headliners last night (of which I'd have happily gone to any of about five) to get to Shangri-La and have a nosey and get a spot for Craig Charles. Then Heaven was so rammed you couldn't dance and we sacked that off too. Seems like a bit of a waste but nothing we can do about it now!

Apple Watch says 46 miles but wasn't always measuring so probably 50 easily.

And the weather it seems is a week late (although I suspect some would say this weekend would be "too hot"...)

Home, dead but had a great time except Sunday, got trapped on pyramid disabled platform so could not get to the chems (really pissed off). Wanted to see half hour of The Who then go to Chems.

Will catch up tomorrow, hope everyone had a fantastic time.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
