Bloody hell, thurlow! That was some epic vid posting! God i love Jon Hopkins...HMV and Curly - that would be a great set for an NFR boogie...

And yes, NFR is going to ROCK to the Pyramid for Courtney...front and centre. I think she has the cool, deadpan personality to manage that stage. And if she turns it UP LOUD on the big rocky songs from the new record, it's gonna be fantastic.

Well done on finishing nights, cg. Clear run to the festival now...!

I've been super busy today. Started with running eight (EIGHT! WHAT WAS I THINKING?) miles, then a walk with the Hound of Hell, before doing some patch seeding of my lawn that said hellhound has taken to digging like a canine JCB, the little bugger. Just waiting for Mrs Ben to finish baking (!) and then we're popping out for a drink!!!! The exclamation marks are just to note that we NEVER do this!!

I'm quite picky about me hipperty hop. A lot of it is as shit in that genre as most music is in any other! But there's SOMETHING about RTJ's flow and power/anger that really clicks. Plus some great basslines and beats.

Would be a pleasure to watch their set with you. We'll drag MC HMV along with us too...

Loved grandmaster flash at isle of wight the other year, was on the thursday so really set the mood of the festival up well, him and the happy mondays were the 2 acts i saw that day....got a bit drunk as well

Saw 'em on the telly...before I became a card carrying GF obsessive! Love me a bit of J5...remember buying their first record when it came out a hundred years ago...

RTJ are much angrier than the sunny J5, but push my hipperty hop buttons in the same way. Think they'll be JPT, but would love to see them on West Holts...

Evening all, decorating is finished!! 2 coats on a large living room/kitchen, including ceiling. Just tidying up and sorting out to do. My head is buzzing I'm so tired. Must have wine tonight to knock me out. I simply cannot sleep as I'm starting to panic about the little things for glasto. Daft stuff like anti-bac gel. I need to be able to think straight and write a list!
