For the past few weeks everyone has being saying how important it is to keep your area clean and respect the farm.

I totally agree with this but how do you guys do it and manage your rubbish etc. for the 6nights/5days?

Personally i just plan on bringing bin liners and dropping them off at the bins as im leaving

and im just gonna extinguish ciggies in my empty tins

Has anyone any handy tips???

STILL CAN'T BELIEVE ITS THIS TIME NEXT WEEK!!!!!! :D:D:D

Every festivla I've been to, Reading, Download, small ones and now Glasto I've always brought a hand full of bin bags to fill up at the end of the night, take it to the bins who ever is the first to leave ha, and then one final bin bag once all the tents and stuff are packed up.

Er same as at home you finish eating your crisps or using whatever it is that has left you with an unwanted item in your hand... Get up go to the bin aka black sack and put it in there.... Once said bag is full take to a bin and start another bin....

Also offer black sacks to people camping next to you whom seem unaware of the amazing invention of a black sack and it's many uses!

It's not rocket science!

Not to be a dick but its really not hard to keep it clean.

We camped close to the bins (there were the otherside of the walkway to us) put everything in a bag then took them to the bins when they got full.

On the sunday we packed everything up that we could, any rubbish went in the bins and any spare cans and food we couldnt be bothered to take went to the people camped around us

I don't really produce much rubbish while I'm there. I take one plastic bottle which I refill at the taps, and just throw out my paper plates when I buy a meal. I keep an old empty vitamin container thing which I put my use cigarettes in while I'm pottering about. Just really end up having to throw out chocolate and crisp wrappers.
