What to do on the Wednesday ?

Am I right in saying that the silent disco is on Wednesday or is that Thursday? I can't remember... That's always a good crack. Especially when you take your headphones off an hear everyone singing along to nothing..

Stuff was open in the SE corner on Thursday last year but it was pretty rammed and very sticky muddy as well so we didn't hang about too long.

last year, we set up and had something to eat, and then went on a wonder, and got back to the tent at about 2am. and i would have to agree that wed and thur are some of the best days for exploring

SE corner not been open until friday in my experience... but there are plenty of bars etc to experience x

EVERY NIGHT. And every night it's the same (you find that out pretty quickly if you camp nearby, you get used to the sequence of songs everyone's singing along to)

Wednesday is for random wandering and slowly getting hammered.

Thursday is for more focused wandering (to the cider bus!) and getting seriously hammered.

We leave on the coach at 11:30pm on the Tuesday so we will be absolutely blootered by the time the coach arrives. Most likely I will be sleeping for 8pm on Wednesday.

After all the build up and excitement from T day. The drive down. Sence of anticipation building eith every mile then proper butterflies leaving M5 knowing you're close. Elation at seeing Tor getting on site with 3 newbies and last year got proper wasted Didn't help meeting up with a mate hadn't seen for 22 years.

There is sometimes a bit of impromptu acts in the theatre and circus area on the Wednesday and also in the Avalon field there is often a massive tug of war game which is quite fun

Find the Wednesday and Thursday are good days to check out the food stalls too - can take a bit more time eating and drinking rather than just grabbing food between stages

Yeah, it was a phoenix which was burned at the Stone Circle. Didn't go as it was heaving (as stated before) but saw it before they lit the fire.
