Alright yea suppose that's understandable. I'm just impatient and you guys haven't mentioned a couple of clashes that concern me. Libertines and vaccines. Jamie T And stereophonics. Cribs and wombats

Not too sure where you're getting any of those clashes from except Cribs/Wombats?

Sure someone said The Vaccines had mentioned they were playing in Tuts and with Courteeners headlining the tent the only other position for The Vaccines would be subbing. Also, Jamie T is subbing R1 with Stereophonics subbing Main I'm sure I've seen before.

I'm not sure if it's been confirmed that they're headlining it but Geoff Ellis said they were playing Tuts in an interview with efestivals and they're probably too big to do anything other than headline it.

They wouldn't sub to The Vaccines...?

I think they're bigger than The Vaccines now. They're above them on the lineup poster too.

Courteeners clashing with The Libertines would be strange but then again so would The Vaccines so it's weird either way.

Not that fussed either way, but I know the crowd im going with would be pretty torn!

I reckon anyone waiting until end of The Libertines set will be struggling to get into the tent for Courteeners, just my opinion but can see it being absolutely rammed, I'm planning on leaving Libs a couple of songs early to ensure I'm in. We think stage splits tomorrow/Sat or cancellations pushed it back until early next week? Hoping for some new acts along with the splits!

The Vaccines clashing with Libertines seems crazy to me. Big crossover there. If that is the case I can see punters from Libs struggling to get in the tent for Courteeners like Aldo said. Find out tomorrow hopefully.

The Libertines are headliners no? Surely waiting till the end of their set means you won't get in anywhere else?

Possibly but I'm not convinced. Courteeners won't be.

I thought Libertines would have the Paolo Nutini slot from last year with the possibility of it being a bit longer due to being announced as more of a headliner, sure Ben Howard was on in the tent at same time as Calvin Harris (Avicii's spot this year) which would mean I would expect Tuts headliner on at same time as Avicii, pure guesswork mind!

    • My wife works for a music company, they have an allocation already.  They run a ballot for it early next year.
    • This is my guess too.    2028 festival breaks the £400 barrier.
    • Yeah I did spot that AXS had more available for the O2 shows Muse are doing, though I think that comes with the territory of AXS now being the venue's primary ticket selling platform.    My instinct remains they'll probably still play to a big crowd on the night - sales were similarly slow in 2023 but videos of those gigs showed the venue looking pretty much full. Equally it probably would be sold out if the pricing was even just slightly less ridiculous. Shave up to £50 off some of these categories and I think that would've got people to go with it.
    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
