Tourette hates everyone and everything though. If we didn't talk about things he hated people going on about, we wouldn't be able to mention exam results, Bjork, blogs, lo-fi bands, EDM, Lostprophets vs NIN, gazza, yellow, Mack-le-more, uni plans, twitter, where London is or Moose.

Funny Beck story - his new music is so bad that it reminded me how good his earlier stuff was, which reminded me that I only ever had his stuff on tape, which prompted me to go out last weekend and buy Mellow Gold and Odelay on CD. So well done Beck, even by making shit music for over a decade you're still racking up album sales.

I BET THIS WAS THE PLAN ALL ALONG

I haven't listened to all his new album - by new stuff I meant his last three or four records (I know not really 'new') - but generally the stuff he's produced over that period I've found tuneless and directionless. Bogged down in experimentalism (experimentalisation?).
