Yeah the libs were very very good last night. So much more enjoyable than Hyde Park as well, simply because of the crowd.

The set was brilliant too. Was so glad to hear You're My Waterloo and What Became of the Likely Lads, as they didn't do them at Hyde Park.

I don't think I can ask for much more from tonight's show

Perhaps a bit of fabrication feeds the discussion - I'm just saying don't all start crying when mumford are booked - I would say that if the organisers had a top 6 group of headliners for next year they would be in it IF they want to do it - if mumford want to do it then I don't see any reason why R&L wouldn't book em

Sub headliner? Or maybe even headliner

Hasn't been much hype around the new album, think they left it too long

also the album is absolutely terrible. They might as well have called it, "We tried to follow up our first record but we gave up halfway".

Alt-j will undoubtedly be booked - could they make the step up - would be interested to hear what u think

That was kind of a given anyway, but they probably play the same place as they didn't last time (probably 3rd on main)

Don't think anyone I knew was actually excited for the album and most of those people like An Awesome Wave and Manchester didn't seem as busy as it did when I saw ADTR but there was a second date added and I didn't really look around me to see the amount of people as that is not a priority for me

I did like some of the stuff on the album but I found some of it boring though but it does have it moments for me

I'd almost be tempted to swap prodigy and foals - foals deserve that step up

    • Spring (or early) next year now.   Says to me that the album is/was delayed. I've done some digging but not had anything beyond that.
    • Same’s happened at MSG recently with Rush and Phish alternating nights. I guess each band has its own unique production so their riggers will be kept busy
    • The rumour was uk arena tour late this year.  Same as Charli xcx cant be announced until Reading headline is done.
    • Latest from the sun at least is that harry is still headlining but Olivia has turned down a spot next year to work on new music and hope for 2028.   So they can't have Fender, Fontaines, Harry, Olivia and Madonna.
    • I mean I don't think EC and FFDP are borderline sub, they wouldn't be any lower now.   2025 is about as strong as Bloodstock gets yet this year only one headline would sub and the others would play 3rd down or lower.    Machine Head wouldn't sub at Download regardless of rarity, they don't sell enough tickets and I'm not sure Gojira would sub either. Their last UK tour was a mix of smaller arenas and academy dates. Ally Pally being the only London date, not even Wembley Arena.
