Gawd it feels good to be clean again. Now just need sleep.

Was very baked on the Thursday smoked waaaaaay too much of the funny stuff and had a whitey but was grand the rest of te weekend.

Legs are killing from prancing around like bambi on stilts in the skippy mud but it was brill when it dried out.

Texted a few if ye to catch up again but texts delayed are ye were busy!

Lovely to see ye all though! Sacrifices were made a plenty this year so next year is going to be a scorcher!

Good to have met you all :-)

No rest for me, I had orders for school sandwiches this morning at 6.30 :-(

Cleaning the van and repairing a new leak now, in the blazing sun.

Next stop Beacons Festival and Ile de Ré. Whoop!

I'm OK, thanks Woffy. Apologies for not making the Thursday meet up - I was too far away both in physical and mental terms.

A very big thanks goes to mattyc1965 who got us our tickets. One of the tickets he got was for someone who hadn't been to Glastonbury on his own for 15 years due to family commitments. To say that he had a ball would be an under statement of spectacular proportion. The bloke was, quite literally, gurgling at times with happiness.

Hello all! It was excellent to meet you, sorry I didn't meet all of you. I had a great time Thursday hanging out with a few of you. Phones and brains not working properly meant I didn't manage to meet anyone again unfortunately.

Have spent most of the time back home asleep! It was my birthday yesterday too, will make up for that at the weekend.

I hope our glasto virgins had a bloody great time!

Jeffie, only took a year to finally meet you, glad we did though :)

    • I had a great time yesterday and came to the conclusion that everytime (or, more accurately, both times) I didn't have a great time at Primavera, it was water-related. Either there was too much of it (Thursday 2026) or there wasn't enough (Thursday 2022, week 1).
    • I sacrificed the first hour of the cure for Role model yesterday and oh man that was a good bet! That guy and his band are insanely good and an hour long only bangers!

    • Possibly not as there are chair size restrictions in the seated area, for the guidelines see here -  https://www.bbc.co.uk/backstage/radio2inthepark/bring   Have a look into applying for Access and I would recommend contacting them for further advice before buying a ticket - https://www.bbc.co.uk/backstage/radio2inthepark/access  They should also be able to answer if you can take a wheelchair into the seated area 🙂
