Sorry if we've been rude, us scientists are a bit po-faced I suppose! I think I've lost the faith a bit, as the last time I was there it was all scorchio in 2010. All I can say is all the sun-god stuff can be a bit much, like still going on about the monorail. Hope this makes sense? We're a good bunch really, honest!

Anyway, I may not be a true believer, but what harm can it do, especially if the Yeti man can do it from South America!....

Not sure why its a bit much, its just a bit of craic and also a lot of positivity. You reap what you sow so if you put out positive thoughts in theory it should come back to you.

No forecast can predict at the moment so its as sensible to please the weather gods as anything else.
