How small is the thing you have to crawl through???? I'm very claustrophobic haha

Pretty overrated as far as I'm concerned. Seems like more a tourist attraction for some people which just means half the crowd are only there because it's the rabbit hole and nothing else.

We went in last time and it was pretty good, when it came to leaving we couldn't find a way out and kept ending up back at the same place. We ended up squeezing through a gap in the fence in the end!

I'm planning to go for the first time, seeing the Vodka Jellies on the Thursday. Difficult to imagine what it's like until we go....

I first went to the rabbit hole in 2010 and the novelty was the fact I had no idea it existed and we discovered it ourselves. I suppose if you know about it already, the novelty is just finding it after looking for it as opposed to stumbling on it.

There is a stage which has the lineup publicly published and is open from lunchtime to dawn.

The tunnel system opens at 10pm Thursday to Sunday. As its got more popular over the years, you may have to queue to get in as the tunnels and various tents containing entertainment within the tunnels have limited capacity.

Its all themed on the Adventures of Alice and is staffed by rabbits, hatters, footmen, doormice, queens and tarts etc. There is a bar and toilets within.

The entertainment within the tunnels is secret and changes every hour.

If you don't want to queue, don't queue.

[Yoghurt on a Stick]

I'd liked to have stumbled across it when it was first there. Now it's less appealing as the mystery about it has gone. I believe that it's location has been posted on here before, which further takes away the element of surprise. That said, I'll try and enter it if I happen to stumble across it on my travels. I think getting through the tunnel on my hands and knees might be a bit of slap stick comedy too far though.
