Elbow were confirmed as headlining the second stage before the day splits were announced ye

Chase and Status said they were headlining The Arena on that day before the splits but then they'd obviously got their day wrong so who knows what's going on there, my guess would be Alesso or Above & Beyond

Oh right Elbow would be a nice alternative to JT for myself, Manics subbing as well.

at the minute i'd say it looks like this:

JT --> Ed Sheeran --> Example --> Bastille --> The Stranglers --> The Wailers

Elbow --> Manics --> Kaisers --> John Newman

Alesso --> Above & Beyond --> Blondie --> Janelle Monae --> Kodaline

Killers --> Paolo --> Lily --> Rudimental --> Chic

Axwell & Ingrosso --> Chase & Status --> Sub Focus -> Jason Derulo

TBA --> Train --> Rizzle Kicks --> Embrace

edit: forgot Chic

Chase and Status are headlining the Arena, no?

against Axwell and Ingrosso?

According to their site they are headlining area but originally they were opposite day. I wouldnt have expected them to be against Seb and Axwell but stranger positioning's have happened

Now I think it looks like

Killers>Paolo>Lily>Chic>Rudimental

Seb&Axwell>Tinie>Train

Chase&Status>Sub Focus

Even though I think Chase and Status should be headlining arena on the other day, would make more sense

    • When are  the stage splits ??
    • 13th Primavera (Thursday was definitely making me feel like this was the cursed year).  Blood Orange was such a party by the end of their set but we all knew that rain storm was approaching.  So gutted Massive Attack didn't play after the false hope of a new rescheduling, especially knowing that Elizabeth Fraser & Horace Andy were backstage with them!  Managed a bit of Melt Banana but was just so over the weather by that point.   Friday was awesome, Rilo Kiley were so much fun.  Never been the biggest Cure fan but made the effort for them after Thursday & Robert Smith sounds like he did back in the 80s.  PinkPantheress & Viagra Boys were also great.   The highlight for me was Sudan Archives on the Saturday, she was stunning & with the Olivia Rodrigo surprise set too it made up for the Thursday sh*t show.  Dijon & Knocked Loose also superb.   Shoutout to Cardiacs on the Tuesday too, they were so LOUD, played a storming set.
    • OK, never mind, I'll take normal Nine Inch Nails.
    • Probably my least favourite of the five editions I've been to, but still plenty good enough for me to go again. Weirdly, I was just totally running out of stamina a lot earlier into the night than I remember happening in the past. I feel like I missed a lot of the weirder sets on the smaller stages as I was just totally cooked. Not Primavera's fault, obviously. Maybe I'm just getting old - or maybe I need to pace my drinking better...   Anyway - is David Byrne a realistic get for next year? Certainly hoping so.
    • watching clips of the cure in Barcelona, wow 2 hours 25 minute set. That's gonna be tough on the Sunday but can't bloody wait for it
