Considering Elton John has never headlined a festival before, I'd say he's pretty out the box.

Certainly more so that Atoms for Peace anyway, who are going to be popular with basically all Radiohead fans.

I think festivals don't usually want to touch him because of demands regarding meat and such.

Although of course, just because he persuaded one small festival in Belgium to go meat-free for a day, doesn't mean he actually demands it everywhere he goes.

I actually think it might be. I keep telling myself that it's only £15 and the party itself should be pretty cool even if the headliner isn't!
