Stupid question - are refunds available on these resale tickets?

Have you clicked on your browser history and clicked on the confirmation screen page? I did this in the original sale and it brought up the page again. Worth a try

I got coach tickets for the Wednesday from London just now.

My wife can't get down til Friday and the kids are back from school.

It says "All tickets will be handed to the lead booker" (which is me) so am I right in thinking I'll be handed her ticket on the coach and I can go meet her at the gate with it on Friday evening?

If not. then any ladies with long red hair still after a ticket, we may be able to help each other out!

just rang seetickets, they have no record of my order. I have no ref number as I booked them got confirmation on page. Then I clicked the link to get 2 more but, instead of it opening in a new browser, it opened on the original page so I lost tht.

See say as they have no record they can't do anything.

I have been so positive and tried so hard and all for nothing. I'm not a crier but am blubbling my eyes out here.

The 2 I got tickets for are 15 years of age and can't travel and go by themselves so no idea what to do now.

What an absolute shitter It does say tickets will be released during the week of 6th May- these resales will not be announced- maybe set up one of those things that tells you about a page change (sorry- non techy here!)? Reading the page seems to imply maybe a few more will be released?

thanks I have had every page conceivable on alert since 21st April and haven't actually left the computer but you're right I won't give up and will keep trying.

What gets me is I had the booking page confirmation telling me I had successfully purchased 4 tickets but seetickets don't care, their attitude is if it's not in the system you didn't get them.

And I just fell off a wall when I went to tell himself I had actually failed and my arm is bleeding everywhere.

Keeping everything crossed Storm that it was just a bit early for you to be showing up on See's system - good idea above to call your bank - surely if you saw a confirmation page you must have got that for a reason?!

On the website it said that they will be selling coach tickets "during the course of the week commencing May 6th". To me, that implies more than one day. What do people think?

haha it just gets better, I used my card for the first 4 and then, thinking it had gone through and so my card couldn't be used again, I used one of the children's friend's mother's card as agreed in the resale. However she hadn't understood that I would keep it incase something like today's resale came up and, when the bank rang her to confirm the payment she said it was nothing to do with her.

Now the bank are investigating this "fraud" so a ball of hassle getting that one sorted out. At least it probably means the two tickets which can't be used will be cancelled so they won't have to pay for them.

I don't think I'm supposed to go this year

Did you try to use a CREDIT card for the first transaction by any chance? If so, that'll be the problem. It has to be a DEBIT card.

Annoying thing is that we have a spare. but one girl is Caribbean and ones Irish with fair skin so there's no chance of her talking her way in.
