Unbelievable performance! Think it would go down really well with the Reading crowd too :)

And same here, absolutely adore Biffy and they are probably my favourite band, live and on record at the moment. But I've always always wanted to see NIN and they, as you say, really really will give Biffy a run for their money :)

Well I'm one of the lucky few who saw NIN at the (now famous) Sonisphere gig.

Unfortunately I wasn't as into them then as I am now and songs such as Gone, Still and The Way Out Is Through completely slipped me by :/.

I love virtually everything they've done, but I just hope Trent plays a gig mix of fast and slow, raw and teary. I've yet to see any of their "aggressive" stuff live yet...

Of course because the Soni gig was a bit of a weird one, they only really played slow songs didn't they as they hate playing 'metal' festivals? I think for this tour he'll be wise enough to mix it up, especially as RnL are the only UK shows of the year so he'll craft the set well for the shows, I trust him :)

I'm sure it will be a great set, they were awesome in 2007.

bit offended if it is true what you say about them hating playing metal festivals tho. They have loads of fans who like them who like metal. If its true that they hate playing metal festivals then maybe they should stop taking money from metal fans who pay money to watch them at metal festivals. Maybe they should also tell those metal fans not to buy NIN t-shirts and albums too.

It was the only time I've seen them. At the time I was disappointed they didn't play Closer, March of the Pigs, Head like a Hole etc.

I look back now an appreciate it a lot more. I just hope they play a good mix - Trent/NIN (and I don't understate this) is easily the most varied artist in the world and I hope this comes through in their set.

How long do we think they'll get bare in my Biffy are supposedly getting a LONG time?

I still keep seeing people saying 'Lol Nine Inch Nails reformed Trent must be skint' and so on.

Yeah, the man who actively encouraged people to steal his music and who scored two oscar winning movie soundtracks in his 'time off' probably REALLY needs the money.

I can't wait for NIN.
