Still not sure about the line up issue I have seen them a number of times since 95 and have loved them but not since the big break up of 2000. Is it not basically the same as seeing guns n roses.

I mean the bands basically stopped then the front man reformed them the issue with other bands is that people left/died and the band continued and brought someone else in.

Trust me this is not a big it's not the pumpkins argument it is just a question to everyone especially those who have seen them recently

I think that was the day his childhood died. Probably minutes before Billy shaved his head and started hating everyone and everything (except wrestling). :P

I reckon the Pumpkins are roughly analogous to The Cure now, on early records it was a mix of creative input from all members with Billy/Bob as the main one, as time went on it became more and more Billy/Bob, culminating in a record that was essentially all Billy/Bob followed by a big split, Billy/Bob took the name and went on with it.

    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
    • If Dolly Parton could do it, I highly doubt it. Just not right for it.   This
