I only just heard that the WWE network launches here THIS Wednesday and apparently theres been nothing said about it at all, what price, where you can watch it, nothing.

I don't understand how hard they've been pushing this network how theres absolutely NO knowledge anywhere of what the UK version is.

Theres a rumour it will be just like the US version and will be a £39.99 subscription fee for 6 months. Which isn't bad, but I'd rather it was spread over 6 months than a one time fee.

I really hope we get a trial regardless.

Hoping the sky rumours aren't true, would be cool to get the trial, hopefully accessable through xbox live like it is over there... iirc...

so it won't be available until next year earliest at least then... shambles.

sky wanting monies, no surprise there. grow some balls and tell em to sod off and launch it anyway

Theyve had a business partnership for 25 odd years. Sky have always been very pro WWE. Even in the Doink the Clown years. Admirable loyalty. Itll either be "Sky WWE" like the F1 or its a dispute over the PPVs.

So now the day before the WWE Network was due to launch here they've came out and said, erm no it won't be. No reason given, No new date given, only information given is there won't be anymore info until November.

No fucks are given by WWE to their UK audience at all

I'd argue when it gets round to the tour they seem to gig BNB and Sheamus a lot of airtime. Even pop William Regal out. I'd expect to see the NXT champion to be 'pushed' nearer to the time

I watched a big compilation of the whole Summer of Punk angle from 2011 and it reminds me just how golden that angle was leading up to MITB. That hometown crowd was something magical. I know there are no indications that he will ever come back, but my god I miss CM Punk.

Hes obviously injury free (relatively) to be able to get into that sort of shape at 50 years of age.

WWE are offering Lesnar "protection" contracts so why not Austin?

Austin vs The Authority is a mouth watering prospect.

HHH in the ring: "No one is big enough to take on The Authority" etc etc

*glass smashes*

One more run!

is he actually really going to come back then?

"Im trying to get back into shape for a comeback."

Said to a bodybuilder on his podcast a few weeks ago. Didn't expand on it.

WWE are plugging his podcast and producing a lot of his merch again.

Never thought it would happen but it looks like it might yeah!

I'm all for Austin coming back but winning Rumble then winning the title? That is the kind of thing WWE would do but they need to start creating new stars, now more than ever.

Austin can come back and be the main event but it doesn't need to be for the title, I'd still mark out if It happened no doubt (who wouldn't) but we all moaned about The Rock having the title. It won't happen anyway, He may come back but won't win Rumble then face Lesnar. Austin/HHH one last time sounds more realistic.

Austin is always talking about new stars being put over and building new stars on his podcast and stuff, so I don't think he would do anything involving the title anyway, not that I see it happening. Austin vs. Triple H would be good, but CM Punk is the only guy I could see him facing.

On another note, Hideo Itami (Kenta) and Finn Balor (Prince Devitt) are supposedly being called up to the main roster pretty soon.
