great ppv.

it only took 11 germans to win a world cup, but 16 to beat cena.*

:ninja:

*yes this joke is from elsewhere.

but seriously though, great ppv, so much of it kept me enthralled, really just lacked it a bit during orton/reigns which had the predictable ending that you could have called for cena over the last few years. the flag match wasn't that great either.

lets see how this pans out tonight

oh and on the tna side of things, rumour that bully ray is leaving/contract expiring... anyone know anything about that?

Lesnar vs. Bryan would just be flat out unbelievable. There's no way I could believe that a guy who is 5ft 8"and weighs under 200lbs could topple the most gifted and dominant athlete the WWE has ever seen, whether I'm a wrestling fan or not. And I like Daniel Bryan a lot.

I can see Brock's next opponent being a returning Batista, and tbh I wouldn't mind seeing that match.

Ambrose is going to get the mother of all pops when he returns from this 'injury'. It's only a matter of time until WWE realise he is the future top guy. The crowd have already made that clear, he is super over.

I think he could be as over as Austin, he has that edge that Bryan just doesn't have.

He's a wild character, thats the sort of thing that brings in casual fans, the sense anything can happen, brawl with anyone, take shit from no one, Austin got over doing the same thing.

They should do that when he comes back just have him take out anyone.

When The Shield started to gather moment I said he was the star but Reigns & Rollins really stepped up their game at the start of the year to the point I was worried Ambrose may end up being the one who got left behind with the inevitable split.Good to see he is bringing his A game.

I think it's weird he has the vibe of Austin and the look of Pillman though,it's like if Hollywood Blondes had a love child lol.

I think they should push all three of them Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose. They are all young still and they certainly need more guys at the top of the roster. I think it's time to phase out the likes of Kane, big show, Y2J ect... I'm not saying there is no place for them but they shouldn't be the main players anymore. I think Reigns will be the first to win the main title though.

Id say hes happy with his current schedule. Hes nearly 50 and has been on the road for 20 odd years. God knows how many "towns" hes done.

I met him before and chatted to him for a while. Really nice bloke. Chatted to me even though I was a 19 year old hungover student at the time doing security at a house show.

Not having to hit towns 300 times a year would be a relief I bet. He was a main event regular for years at house shows.

I dunno I'd still say he had a lot more potential, I get now that he is quite old but I think it would be better if he still maintained his 'dark' character when playing part of the authority.

Sting has been talking and although no contract has been signed he says he would like to appear at Wrestlemania next year in a match against 'Taker or Triple H.

Apparently Angle has pissed off Triple H so he might not be back, apparently he reached out to Vince and Vince backed HHH.

    • Hi Everyone!   I need your help. I'm trying work out who was playing at The Wishing Well at 3am on the Monday morning at the 2025 festival - this was once the official setlist had ended. The music was down tempo, bass heavy, kept evolving, just mesmerising. Anyone have any ideas? and/or was there as well?
