Hey guys

Just a quick question. I'm struggling to get into ATD-I which is strange for me because I'm pretty into hardcore music. Any advice on which album is the best to start on? At the moment I'm listening and thinking "this is pretty cool" but I'm just not particularly hyped yet.

Thanks!

I've only recently gotten in to them. Which is odd because i've always liked that kind of thing. But I listened to Command first, then the best of collection thing. Still getting there but they are great. I'd recommend watching some live videos too, shambolic but utterly compelling.

Watching ATDI is never going to be a sit down gig! Looking back at their gigs who knows what we will get, their early gigs look pretty chaotic to say the least.

compared to this

To the original poster, start out with the obvious ones, Arcarsenal, One Armed Scissor, Cosmonaut, Quarantined and then you will find your own favourites!

Speaking of which are Cedric and Omar still big anti-mosh?

Not that I'd be in a mosh pit to them anyway but I'm just thinking if you take your standard leeds crowd I could imagine a lot of mosh pits happening, yano 'cause they're the lads, which might piss them off and cause them to walk off early like they did at Big Day Out

Throughout reading the OP I was thinking, "Can I get away with posting, 'JUST LISTEN TO ONE-ARMED SCISSOR!'?" and I'm so pleased to note that many before me have said the same!

If you need to get into them, One Armed Scissor is the way forward, and it'll hook you into the rest. :D

    • I saw that the payment method is contactless wristbands - I understand you collect them at the festival site and can top them up there as well? Yes, there are top up points, keep the recepe if you want to withdraw the money in the end   How much does food and drink usually cost at the festival? We would like to know how much money we should prepare for the festival. Beer, Wine etc. 5€, Gin tonic, Whishkey Cola were 6-6.5€, food 10€    Is there a bus from the festival site to the city center? And are there any stops along the way? No offical info yet, but ussualy there are free festival buses from Ljubljanica to festival site, with few stops on the way. Nice to get to the festival but crowded from festival back to the city.   Where is the best place to find an Uber/Bolt to return from the festival site? Petrine ulica   Are there any shaded areas to take a break from the strong sun? Yes, i think there is some.
