YYYs bored the hell out of me when I saw them a few years back at Reading. Don't think she's a great singer.

But i guess you have to listen to the notes they're not playing or some pretentious shit like that. Always found people who like YYYs are really, really, really defensive and think your some knuckle dragging troglodyte if you don't like them. I know thats with all bands but i think YYY fans are some of the worst

NME have revealed that Drenge, Temples, Chvrches And Parquet Courts are playing the Festival republic tent, as well as Merchandise and Half Moon Run. Jagwar Ma are playing the dance tent

Drenge are awesome, got some quality QOTSA-style riffs going on. Parquet Courts & Chvrches are good too.

Not too convinced on Chvrches yet. Couple of good songs but nothing amazing. MS MR are similar and better I think. Hopefully they'll be added tomorrow

Go to Phoenix, their new record (and their old stuff) is great.

I 'discovered' Rhye, Moon Duo and Purity Ring from the Latitude, who'd also be good additions to the FR line-up.
