A$AP is a decent sub I reckon, a lot of current hype around him and I reckon Long Live A$AP is a really decent album

Same will hopefully be said for Azealia when her album drops. The Jake Bugg hype has however died drastically, and there's only been 1 new song, which has only been played live.

I think YYY's are decent live and do a good show but I can barely stomach Karen O's voice. Some of my favourite vocalists can't really sing (eg. Corgan, Oberst, Dylan, Brown) but when they're great on record and they just go to pieces live it's off-putting.

Funeral for a friend on the Lock-up?

- Released a new album 2013, been touring recently. Really good live act.

The Used on the Lock-up?

- Released a new album 2012, toured it in the uk. Missed them, but really want them. Probably just being hopeful more than anything.

TEED on the Dance Stage?

- Released his debut in 2012. Pretty popular, seems like he might play mid/high on the Dance stage.

I went to see them last Tuesday at Newcastle Academy for the benefit of my Girlfriend, wasnt expecting much but they were surprisingly good, I was impressed by some of the new stuff even though I haven't heard it on record, seemed a lot more humble these days, it was quite full as well. Woulda made a decent FR headliner.

Azealia Banks more popular than The Cribs? She has like 1 song! I know it's never a brilliant gauge, but all my friends (15-16 yo) would prefer The Cribs than Azealia, just comes as a shock to me. I suppose we'll find out by thursday then. Personally I think James Blake could slot in below Phoenix but we'll see.

Only thing that dissapointed me when I saw them was their joke of a rendition of For The Girl. Hardly a song to slow down and turn all country?

Must say, don't know if it's just my lack of gig experience, but O2 Academy Bristol seemed like a really cool venue, specifically the layout

And all my friends would prefer Azealia to The Cribs, they aren't the 'hiphop' type either :P But yeah, I think overall Azealia is more popular, who hasn't heard 212? It's like Baauer, he'll get a big crowd because people want Harlem Shake, she'll get it for 212.

I'd prefer James Blake to play a bit earlier in the day so he's less likely to clash with someone I want to see, but with Overgrown out now that isn't very likely
