they go on duty to stop the english breaking covid rules, they don't care about scots breaking covid rules.

Not sure why the action of 4 numpties are of any particular significance. The numpties running the UK at present are, I would suggest, of more concern.

Covid Scotland: Scots did not 'flock' to England for Hogmanay amid coronavirus restrictions, data shows

Data from Traffic Scotland and transport operators has revealed no rise in the number of travellers heading south of the border to celebrate the New Year despite harsher rules being enforced on Scottish hospitality.

Looks like the border guards were not required.

Crikey Neil, you need to sort you keyboard out.  You type like my dad speaks.....he's had a stroke! 🤣

i've had a stroke too, its why i spent most of last year in hospital. any bad spelling is just because i'm not checking what i've typed for typos, my speech is unaffected, the dead left arm is a pain in the arse, that makes every task harder. Luckily my dead leg came back to life, its useful, but not like normal. i need a stick or wheelchair to get around . i've had fantastic care and treatment from the english nhs (including a specialist unit), even during a pandemic.

it proves the lie of 'we don't hate the english', when everything about indy, rides on that idea.

nothing stopping Scotland (except Scotland) from creating a bigger reserve.

Energy policy in Scotland is a matter that has been specifically reserved to the UK parliament under the terms of the Scotland Act 1998 that created the devolved Scottish Parliament

seeing that you're recognising this today, are you going to say what a fantastic job Westminster has done with green energy in Scotland?

They need our green energy to meet their climate targets. Their record is patchy (as it is in most areas)

i see that Sturgeon hasn't volunteered herself to look after refugees this time, she's volunteered the whole of Scotland, let's hope its more substance and less guff than last time.

given that she keeps on saying she wants control of  immigration, lets see what resources shes found to deal with it.

Delighted to see the trains in Scotland in public ownership, where they should be. Of course they would never have left public ownership if it had been left to voters up here. but...

Sadly, we rejected the chance to govern ourselves.

so far the english did it better.

I'm glad that you finally recognise that "the English" effectively govern Scotland.

I'm surprised that you appear to think that they are making a good job of it.

It's not been going well with other nationalised enterprises and now scot rail is a fuck up, in the way that it happens, employees think govt owner is a soft touch to get extra wages from.

so, an indy Scotland in the EU you say, not quick i say, we've now got the chance to see how quick it might be with Ukraine, Nats love to claim a special case for Scotland that would make it extra quick, it would be hard to pretend there's no special case for Ukraine given the situation right now.

if Ukraine is given candidate status shortly i reckon it'll be 5 years before it's a full member.
