Just seen the Sonisphere rumour.

Queen would be unlikely and I'm sure there'd be some sort of exclusivity with Sonisphere but... Faith No More for Bestival?

Sister Sledge would be great fun. Really didn't expect them to be announced. Still keep telling myself Justice will be announced.

Ah, brilliant. The announcements are good so far, I mean, my favourite (probably) electronic act finishing off the weekend has about done it for me. I love them announcing bands every day, I'm looking forward to 10 o'clock more than I have done before.

I'm not sure which way you're suggesting things will be.

I've not looked into it at all, but I'm presuming that the band will include Nile. The Chic show is about 50% Sister Sledge anyway.

Looking at live videos on youtube of recent performances and there is no Nile Rodgers.

Tho of course his absense in recent performances might have been due to his recent illness.

Trying to convince friends to go this year is an absolute nightmare.

I have booked the car ferry from Southampton, we can't get down until the Friday afternoon, does anyone know whether the ferry terminal is likely to be busy then?

Bit concerned about what I have read regarding the queues, I thought per-booking the ferry would get round any problems like that!

Any thoughts appreciated.
